At Wcommerce, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below for information regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
Customers can return products within 7 days of delivery in 2 different ways:
A. Take the product to your kirana store, and the store owner will check the product to make sure that it is unopened and undamaged. Once that is done, the store owner will confirm your return. You refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.
B. You can request a return in the normal way by raising a return request on the store website/ app under order details. A courier pickup will be scheduled within 24 hr. The refund will be issued once the returned product comes back to the warehouse, if it is confirmed that the product is not damaged and unopened.
